Women's MTB Retreat

No kids, no screen, no family obligations, no chores, no work. You. Your bike. Nature. The Bend retreat will have a mix of XC and downhill riding that will suit everyone from beginner to advanced riders. Whether you recently started mountain biking or you have been riding for years, every participant will feel more confident on their bike after being a part of this special weekend. Friday will be a mix of skills and riding while Saturday will be a fun day of shuttling. We will include options for various skill​/​pace levels. Expect lots of pedaling through lush PNW forest with a mix of rooty​/​rocky downhill terrain. We believe that building your confidence and strength is more than just riding your bike - we include wellness and nutrition content throughout the weekend to help you show up as your best self on and off the bike. What one of last year’s participants said: “Truly disconnecting - stayed away from social media, did not think of work and had a very supportive husband who was ok with just a couple of short calls. It gave me space to be more present to learn, meet new friends and truly enjoy myself.”
